changing baffles

i have a 2006 ultra classic with true dual rineharts with a power commander. i wanted to know if i put smaller baffles in the exhaust for more torque does the power commander have to be reconfiguered. i don't have any get up and go on the bottom end and plenty on top. any help on this matter would be appreciated.

The smaller baffles may help a bit but the problem is lack of scavenging when using the true duals. A change in baffles as long as it is small shouldn't effect the mixture that much to need re configuring.
