Changed oil and need help

Hello. After draining my oil from my 2006 Sportster, I found debris. They appear to be litter bits of rubber. any idea what might have caused this?

I also have oil coming out of the cap of the oil tank. Did I over fill it?

Might be o-ring from drain plug. Yes sounds as it is too full.

Follow the oil change procedure in the manual, if you don't have the manual for that scoot I highly recommend getting one.
