CFR slip-ons

I read a thread mentioning the CFRs for touring. Everything I have read in my reasearch says they are deep and loud, just what im looking for. I am also reading that they are very hard to tune on a stock motor. Does anyone have experience with these pipes?

I love my CFR slip ons!! Worth every penny thus far. I have a set of V&H dresser duels along with the slip ons. I got the road name "Diesel" because when you back off of them, it sounds like a jake break. I just put new cams in and will have to either finesse with the fuel pak or get another fuel management system to get it set up just right. Going to get it dyno'd on Saturday.

Cheers!!

Any muffler with over a 1.75 inch baffle is going to need some type of piggy back fueler to compensate for muffler change. Have you had a chance to hear pipes in real life so that you are making a correct choice for your self???
