CD keeps ejecting

I have a 2010 street glide and i was riding the other day and all of a sudden the cd spit out.I went to push it back in and it keeps comming back out.
If the bike is off you can hear the player trying to take it in and out with nothing even in it.Any help would be great.

On a 2010 without question I would take it back to the dealer.

Yep, sounds like an internal failure so time to exercise the manufacturer's warranty.

The short answer it is a warranty/dealer issue, but would be likely a sensor or micro-switch mechanical linkage is damaged. The other is some have a moisture sensor that if there is condensation in there, the player has interlock to protectiitself (laser lens may be fogged or mechanical jam detected).
