Can't figure it out

Is there a way to post a picture that you've already posted once onto a different thread? I've already uploaded it ,and posted it once,but can't figure out how to post it in a different thread.

When you try to post it again it tells you you have already posted it and gives you it's location. Go to that location and right click the pic, then go to properties in the drop down menu and click that. It opens a new small screen, then you highlite and copy the address in that box and paste it into the postcard image in the reply screen where you want to post the pic.
