buzzing noise

Bike had sit for a couple of months. (Hospital stay) Came home rode bike shifting hard. Noise coming from primary side of bike. Sounds like a buzzing noise. Thought I would ask before I started to disassemble everything.

Check the primary chain tension to see if it's adjusted right.
