Has anyone had problems with one of these leaking?:

No first hand knowledge of the product but I would imagine it has o-rings in it. Maybe they can be changed or even a little lube on the existing ones.
 
Leaking from the braided cross-over line is a definite possibility if one isn't careful during installation as the square "O" ring supplied with the kit is made of materials softer then the typical "O" ring and requires a little TLC during installation. During installation of the "B" Nut on the tank fitting ensure that the seal is seated squarely inside the nut, connect the line (may be some difficulty as the new braided line length is more then adequate and therefore has a tendency to cause some grief aligning the "B" Nut to the line fitting) Once you have the threads engaged on both ends tighten the "B" Nut slowly while holding the female fitting on the tank (backing off occasionally) until you see the material of the seal squeeze evenly through the "B" Nut on the tank side of the "B" Nut, do not over tighten.
