Bolt Torque 04 Heritage

I need to move the handlebars a bit down closer to me this weekend and my shop manual has not yet arrived. Anyone with a manual that can give me the specs on the handlebar mount bolts I would appreciate it.

Riser cover fastener 50 - 60 in-lbs
Riser fasteners 30 - 40 ft-lbs
