I have a 09 Street Glide with the 103 stage 2 flashed into the ECM in it. I want to put new blackened pipes on (to continue with the black theme).I'm leaving the stock head pipes on and just putting on slip-ons and heatsheild over. Can I just put them on without the power commander route?

If you have the stage 2 flash in your ECM you should be ok, like Smitty said it depends on how free flowing the new mufflers are. The stage 2 download is a basic download built for S/E A/C, big bore flat top pistons, 255 cam & S/E slip-ons, which are fairly free flowing. Don't know I would upgrade from a 255 cam or up the compression on a streetglide myself, as I have gotten up to 106 ft lb of torque with that combo, makes for a good smooth running, powerful touring machine. But different strokes for different folks.
