Have new V&H slip on pipes and like the sound, but had a question. If I want to change to a different baffle for a slightly sound, is that something I can do easily? Also, what are the typical cost of new baffles?
With most pipes, it's a matter of removing the few bolts at the rear of the muffler and the baffle slides out after a bit of coaxing. The price can cover a wide range depending on what you choose.
Thanks. Since the pipes are new, I'll need to get used to them. I am also going to put a SE air cleaner and re-tune in Spring, so I will see how they sound and feel after that, and then decide if I want to modify the sound with new baffles.
