Carroll B Member Sep 5, 2008 #2 The exhaust pipe clamp bracket screw is 30-33 ft lbs. Not sure if this is want you are asking. The intake manifold screws are 96-144 inch pounds. Riser bolts - 30-40 ft lbs. Clamp screws for bars rear - 12-18 ft lbs and front screws 12-18 ft lbs.

Heck52 Member Sep 7, 2008 #3 I just looked up in my manual for a 2008 1200c. The exhaust pipe flange to head studs nut are torqed to 96 to120 Inch pounds, Clutch and brake clamps are 108 to 135 in pounds, the switch cover is 30-45 in pounds.
