I will be moving from Tennessee to Montana this week. I have a 2006 Heritage Softail. Should I expect any problems associated with the change in elevation? Thanks

Tank has you covered. EFI bikes are 50 state compatable. The California bikes just have more smog control.

Tank has given you the definitive answer and you should not see any difference in you engines operation. Have you done any upgrades to your engine? Are you running a fueler?

It really depends on the altitude from where you are from now.

Some cities in Montana are pretty high (4000'- 5000'). It's only a "problem" if you consider a reduction in power and H.P. a problem.

YEP YEP and YEP..... the Don question ??? as I also want to know ....

If you bike is running Lean you could have a Little better or worse running condition depending on altitude change(?).... Properly Tuned bike like Tank said will Not show problems as they are self adjusted out...

Montana, Big Sky and Great riding...
