Alarm going off

I don't know why, but my alarm has been going off for no reason the past few days. I don't use it and I don't leave it armed at home, but yet it has been set off for no reason, it has also been chirping while I have been riding. Anyone have a idea why?? I took it out and looked it over, but it is sealed, so no way to really look inside. I guess it is shot?

first thing I'd check is the battery connection.....Doesn't the Alarm go off if you unhook the battery?

yes it will go off if you disconnect the battery
