Air Filters

I also like K&N, have had good luck when installed in the Jeep.
I'm sure others make filters as good, perhaps even better. I tried K&N and it worked. No need/desire to try any others right now. Besides, I wouldn't want to spend the money on other products that may not work as well.

I also like the idea that I can retain most of the stock look!

In any case, most aftermarket filters will probably be an improvement over stock.

I have a mikuni high flow filter on my softail it works well with the mikuni hsr carb and fits on without any adaptors

V&H Naked, washable filter good flow, and has internal routing tubes to keep the oil out of the filter and keep it from leaking oil on the engine.
 
K&N. Use them on all my bike. Cheaper in the long run and helpes the motor breath better.
 
K&N for the Heritage, Titan and lawnmower......................just kidding about the mower.
