aftermarket tour pak brake, turn, and running lights ?

need help from a wiring expert on here, im far from that, my lights was working but some of the wires got pulled apart, cant get the lights to work right on tour pak now here is the wire colors I have, I taped into the harness by the fuse box when it first got installed and they worked perfect!
it is taped from main harness with tour pak wires like this
green to black
blue to brown
green/white to red
brown to blue
orange to purple

the left light on tour pack has this wire config
(turn bulb)
orange
green
(main bulb)
green/white
brown
right light on tour pak
(turn bulb)
blue
green
(main bulb)
brown
green
green yellow
any help how this should be wired would be appreciated, I turn signals work fine, also does the running lights, just cant figure out brake lights

got it figured out, found a ground wire had came off!
