ABS Speed Sensor

Hi Guy's,
Need to troubleshoot (good or bad) the ABS Speed Sensor on a 2008 Ultra. Intermittent ABS light, DTC Code C1032. If not the sensor must be the wiring. Any ideas? Thanks!

Abs sensors create a voltage signal, if you un plug the wire harness and spin the wheel, probe the wires coming from the sensor you should pick up voltage here if the sensor is working
