95 ultra classic oil leak

My ultra has been looked at several times by different shops because of oil leaking and or blowing out of the filter looking cone that sits between the motor and the transmission bottom side of bike, the line leading to it comes off the air cleaner or behind it off the heads. Please help with a fix.

It sounds like oil blowby coming from the breathers. There's a few things that can cause it like oil gathering in the heads from bad umbrella valves up there or worn rings causing excessive blow by. Overfilling the oil level will also contribute to it.
