Have a 2010 FLHTK and have been looking for a set of Nostalgig bag rails for it, I have found 91286-09 and 91286-10 but I think they might be the same ???

Any info appreciated or if you have a set for sale let me know.

More than likely the same part, just upgraded the number when 2010 rolled around.

More than likely but why not buy the 91286-10 to be sure. Many small changes were made on the newer bikes and IMO it would be a wise move to buy the latter one.
