Saturday afternoon, September 28, 2013 I rode the Deuce to the local Harley shop, (Steel Horse). The first bike I saw caught my eye as I had seen pictures of it in various news articles. The owner, Dr. E. Bruce Heilman, Chancellor, University of Richmond, approached and I recognized him, although I do not know him. Due to our similar headgear, we had an instant connection and we had a great chat. What a fascinating man. An 87 year old WWII Marine Corps Veteran who rode his Harley 9000 miles around the country. It was an honor to meet such a patriot. Google him for plenty of stories.
