85 fxstc carb jetting question??

Hello, I'm running a 1997 cv carb on a 1985 model soft tail , what jet size do you guy recommend , running open velocity stack, and shotgun pipes,
It cranks easy, and takes off great, but while rideing at highway speeds it cut out a little and such, it will also spit back through carb sometimes at take off,

You can start with a #46 low jet and a 185 main jet. Raise the needle with 2 #4 washers and it should be good.

The link Bubbie posted, it's #174 that shows the needle where the washers get installed under the head of the needle. You must remove the top of the carb and lift out the needle retainer, then the needle to install the washers.
