Hey guys,
I have a 21 Heritage Classic. I went with an aftermarket tail light assembly that required the use of an LED bulb instead of the stock filament one. After install, I was getting codes BMI and another code and the security light stayed on despite having the FOB. I talked to Harley they showed me how to clear codes and how to cycle the lights to re learn the new bulb. Codes went away and the security light went away UNTILL the moment I hit either the front brake lever or rear brake pedal it trips the security light on it is a steady light not blinking. Talked to Harley techs and really didn't' have an answer. Any ideas? (pic attached is the bulb I am currently using)
