2014 FLHR Roadking

Just picked up new Roadking yesterday from dealer. I need to roll back handle bar toward rider for comfort. Looks like there are 2 adjustment hex bolts under the name plate below the fork key hole lock. Is that correct? My shop manual is from '07 & the '14s are redesigned. Don't want to spend time going back to dealer for what appears to be a simple fix. I've already adjusted the toe/heel levers. Hoping someone out there knows.

should just be able to loosen the bolts and make your adjustment. But the dealer would probably do it for free

If your fork lock is part of the handlebar clamp, I believe it has some flush mount tamper proof screws holding it.
