2009 Dyna Fat Boy

I have a very noticeable vibration that starts at about 50mph. It is worse in 5th gear but is also there in 6th. Any ideas?

Could be several things, check your tire pressure and check for any wheel weights that may have come off.
Inspect your motor mounts as well.

Good suggestions from Jeff, if those do not solve the issue look at the steering neck bearings may need grease ( easy), of need to be tightened (still easy).

Discovered bad neck bearing, replaced them and pretty much eliminated the vibration issue. Still a little but not bad.
