2009 883L XL Gearing

Would it be possible to go one tooth up on the front sprocket to lower the rpm's in 5th gear? Also, would the belt have to be changed?

I think you can go to a 1200 sprocket (29T) and I think the belt go from a 136T to a 137T for the 1200 also, I would give your dealer a call and he can check the part books for sure.

And add perhaps get a bit better fuel mileage...but also may not be noticeable either.
