2008 sportster 1200 running lean...

O.K., I just got my nightster back from the shop and it's still running really lean. It just started running poorly a few weeks ago for what seems like no reason. I have a PowerCommander 3 on it and it's been there since I got it and never caused any issues. The shop said I had the right map and everything, but it just needed a good tuning... isn't that what I have the Powercommander for? if not, Can I make adjustments myself? Any help is welcome...

I called the power commander folks and they were a lot of help... he went through everything and told me I needed the most aggressive map since I was running mods and didn't have ballasts... He then told me what to change for different issues... NO MORE POPPING, SURGING... RUNS GREAT.... I'm going to go through and get some suggestions to maximize hp without putting it on a dyno since I have some cams I want to get before I pay for that...
