2008 road king classic seat compatibility

Hi. I'd like to replace my stock seat with something with a wider passenger seat. I see many used seats from newer road kings on ebay that have a wider passenger seat. Do you know what model years are compatible with a 2008? Thanks!!

I just placed a Mustang on my '12 Ultra. It is suppose to fit '08-'13 FLHT's The RK seat is different due to dash. If you go to Mustangs web page it will tell you year fitments. The seat mounting changed in '08 due to the 6 gal. tank. I wouldn't go earlier than '08
