This thread started as "thread drift" on the Air Idle Control tech tip.

Idle Air Control - Harley Davidson Community


I wanted to update.

My brother took the bike this weekend. They installed the 25degree injectors, installed the correct Race Tune. The bike is now running GREAT!!!!

Thanks to all, with out the information provided here it could have been a long road to get to the answer.
 
Glad the injectors did the trick. Hope they covered it under the manufacturers warranty too. (no charge) It was a service bulletin.

Glider it was covered 100%. He had to give them the Service Bulletin number because they could not find it.
 
Not everyone has Gliders "data bank" memeory, and a dealer who has to do warranty just might have a touch of forgetfullness :)
