1999 Road King Oil Light

I guess I should start at the beginning. Last fall I had my cam tensioner upgraded. I changed my oil and filter the yesterday and today I noticed when I was riding that my oil light is coming on when I am stop and am at idle. This only seems to happen when the bike has run and warmed up. The light does not come on at idle when cold. Any suggestions.

Check the connector at the switch to be sure it is tight.

This could be related to a contaminated Idle control valve . Clean this valve following this YT HowTo.

Twin cams have low oil pressure at idle when hot. If the light goes out when rpm's increase and does not come on when riding, I wouldn't worry about it.
