1997 ulta classic electrical

I have a 1997 Ulta Classic, while in traffic, stop and go, my bike will shut down, no electrical at all and it blows the radio/power series fuse. After about a minute it will start and run fine until I get in traffic again. I changed the starter relay located in the fairing to no avail.

I can remember if that model year has the bi-metal breakers. If so, you may have one that is getting old. The stop and go heat may be affecting the breaker.
