When I fire the bike up I can hear the amp click in the speakers but no power on radio or any of the tuning lights

check out your ground. I have an 01 and found that it grounds through the antenna. If your fuze is good, check for power comming to the radio. If you have power to the radio, check the antenna. My radio would not ground anywhere except the antenna cable. found this out when removing my tour pak. tried to ground the radio body, that didn't work. remounted the antanna and it works great.
