1989 FLHTCU fork seals?

Lost all of the fluid out of the right side yesterday on a ride. Had air pressure up around 10 lbs, are the seals replaceable? And if not do you have to purchase new fork tubes?

I am looking around now for a diagrahm for the internals of a fork to see what is involved.

The seals are replaceable, not technically difficult, but you have to do a lot of disassembly to get there. I've attached a parts diag. from Biker Bandit so you can see the parts. I've rethought "not technically difficult", it requires a bit more than basic mechanical skills.
