1972 FLH front wheel hub offset

I have a friend who is putting new rims and spokes on a 1972 FLH. 1972 was the first year for the disk brake and HD offset the front hub. We are trying to find out what the distance ( in inches) is for the front hub. Also any other information pertaining to the offset and the wheels.

Here's page 2-15 of service manual showing you the offset. I hope this link works, have never done this before.
