1200L Misfiring at low RPM's

My 2006 1200L has been misfiring/hesitating when I give it a little throttle while in Netural or when starting out from a dead stop. Once I get the RPM's up it seems to run fine. It also seems to idle fine.

Any ideas on what to look for?

Yes, it's all stock except for the pipes which I put on about 9 months ago. It's run fine up until yesterday

can we have a bit more info - is it completely stock or has it had a full stage 1 done.
as it may require the jetting tweaking

I take it you mean muffs or did you change out the pipes -- from engine back??

The pipes are slip ons. The plugs have a medium grey color on the tips, which I believe are normal, correct?

Yes, you are correct. I changed out only the mufflers not the entire exhaust from the engine back.
