12" progressive shocks on rk standard

My nephew did the short shock on his RK scraped a lot more but that was something he enjoyed. When you drop the back end an inch you will scrape on stuff you used to miss but if you need the bike shorter it is one of the options.
I put the hd lowering shocks on my 03 rk. I think the ride is better,the look is nicer and scrapeing isn't a big problem. I drag the boards regularly but they swivel up if you drag em too hard. I also ride two up with a detachable tourpak occasionally, just make sure you have enough air in them to prevent bottoming.I think the pressure requirements are higher than with the stock hd touring shocks
