105 Anniversary

I saw an Sept '97 105 anniversary Ultra for sale today and I kept thinking that something was wrong. (I realize that it may be me who's wrong)
What was the date the "105" came out in England?

The 105th anniversary came out in 2008 here in the states.I dont see how it could be different.
