I just got the bike a few days ago, no manuals. I'm just going through "everything" now and came across a switch with a label "on and Off" that I have no clue for what. I did go to the Harley website and was able to get the online manual, all i could in that where the switches in a picture describing the "Lock/Unlock" key slot, with no descriptions on what the switch(es) where for.
