Complete swap. Engine, wiring harness, tins.
Everything..... I have checked and triple checked all grounds, fuses, relays and connections etc. I'm stumped. Need some advice.
It sounds like you know what you are doing, so you do have power elsewhere..correct, if not a battery connection maybe, or one of the harness connections maybe incorrect if you have power elsewhere. It's probably something simple..good luck
Fix this yet? Are you for sure it is a power issue vs. a ground issue?
when you check for voltage at those locations, do you have your volt meter’s negative test lead connected to the battery post?
